Thank you for your interest in our Refer A Friend program offer.
We want you to get credit for each one of your friends who signs up for a Terminix service, but there are a few rules:

Here’s How It Works: You refer your friend/friends to Terminix, by filling out the online referral form. The person you referred is sent a special offer email, with information about our services and the option to sign up for a free inspection. If the person(s) you referred signs up for Terminix service, you will receive a credit on your account worth up to $100, it all depends upon how many of your friends sign up.

Refer A Friend Guidelines:

1. The Program is open only to U.S. legal residents who reside within a Terminix Triad serviceable location including Asheboro, Boone, Burlington, Commercial, Eden, Elkin, Greensboro, High Point, Mt. Airy, NW Greensboro, Pittsboro, S Greensboro, South Winston and Winston-Salem.
2. The program begins on May 1, 2009 and ends on October 31, 2009.
3. Terminix customers will receive a credit on their account for each referral that results in the successful acquisition of a new Terminix customer. New service contracts must remain in force for a minimum of 6 months. 1-2 sign ups receive a $25 credit; 3-4 sign ups receive a $50 credit; 5-6 sign ups receive a $75 credit; 6+ sign ups will receive a $100 credit.
4. If any customer referred under the Program opts out or does not agree to these terms or otherwise to participate under the Program, the referring customer shall not receive credit in connection with the referral of such customer. Credit will not be applied until after the referred customer continues service for a 30-day period and may take up to 90 days to appear on the referring customer's billing statement. Customers are required to pay all invoices in full.
5. Referrals must be submitted to Terminix Triad using the Refer A Friend website form. Any other referral (verbal, regular email) will not be considered valid for this promotion.
6. Referrals must include the first and last name, address, phone number, email address and account ID number of the referring Terminix customer on the Refer A Friend online form.
7. Service of a new Terminix customer must occur within thirty (30) days of the online referral being submitted. After thirty (30) days, the referral is no longer valid for this promotion.
8. The referral reward may not be combined with any other promotion offer, which rewards the Terminix customer for referring a friend.
9. The offer is not valid if the current customer cancels service before the home of the new customer is serviced. The offer is not valid if the new customer should cancel prior to their home being serviced.
10. The offer may not be applied to previous Terminix service requests.
11. Terminix reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any customer who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal or state laws, statutes, or ordinances. Discontinued participation privileges may result in the loss of all accumulated reward benefits. In addition to discontinuance of participation privileges, Terminix shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
12. Referral rewards provided through this Program may not be transferred or assigned, and are not transferable upon death.
13. Terminix is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by the customers or referred friends while participating in the Program.
14. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning of rewards, or a customer compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Terminix in its sole discretion.
15. By participating in the Program, each Customer accepts all responsibility for, and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Terminix, each of its related companies, and each such company’s respective officers, directors, employees, and successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”), from an against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such Participant.
16. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A PARTICIPANT PROVES THAT TERMINIX HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED THAT PARTICIPANT OF REWARDS OR CREDITS, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT VALUE OF ONE (1) CENT. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.
17. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. Terminix reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this Program at any times upon 30 days notice.
