Digital Communication Policy
SMS & Email Terms and Conditions

These Digital Communications Terms and Conditions govern how Terminix Triad contacts you via SMS text messaging and email. They apply to all customers and prospective customers who opt into our communications programs. By providing your contact information and opting in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Section 1
Eligibility & Participation
To participate in our communications programs, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) reside in the United States or a territory where these services are available; and (c) be the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number or email address provided. By opting in, you represent that these conditions are met.
Section 2
Communications Program Overview
Terminix Triad operates an SMS and email messaging program to keep customers informed and engaged. Messages sent through this program may include, but are not limited to:
- Service appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Account and billing notifications
- Service updates, safety notices, and operational announcements
- Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback requests
Email frequency may vary based on account activity and preferences. Messages may be sent using
automated systems and may be generated or personalized using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Section 3
Consent to Receive Communications
By submitting your phone number or email address through any of our enrollment channels—including our website, in-person sign-up, or service agreement—you provide express written consent for Terminix Triad to contact you using automated technology, including pre-recorded messages, autodialed calls, SMS, and email. You further acknowledge that some messages may be generated or personalized using artificial intelligence (AI) technology on our behalf.
Important: Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may still receive transactional and service-related communications related to your account even if you opt out of promotional messaging.

How to Enroll
You may enroll in our communications program through any of the following methods:
- Completing a service agreement or account registration form
- Submitting your information via our website at terminix-triad.com
- Texting START to [SMS Number]
- Verbally consenting during a service call (recorded for verification)
Section 5
Opting Out & Unsubscribing
- SMS: Reply STOP to any message sent from [SMS Number]. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further promotional SMS messages will be sent.
- Email: Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included in any marketing email, or contact us directly at sales@terminix-triad.com.
- All channels: Contact us at 336-252-3265 or sales@terminix-triad.com to request removal from all communications
Please allow up to 1 business day to process your opt-out request. Opting out of promotional communications will not affect transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, billing
statements, or legally required notices.
Section 6
Re-Enrollment After Opting Out
If you have previously opted out and wish to re-enroll, you may do so using any of the enrollment methods described in Section 4. Re-enrollment constitutes renewed consent under these Terms.
Section 7
Message Frequency & Carrier Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Terminix Triad is not responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier. For questions about your plan, contact your carrier directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Section 8
Supported SMS Commands
The following keywords may be used at any time by replying to any SMS from us:
- STOP: Unsubscribes you from all SMS messages. A final confirmation will be sent.
- HELP: Returns contact information and a link to these Terms.
- START / UNSTOP: Re-enrolls you in SMS communications after a prior opt-out.
- INFO: Returns your current subscription status and program details.

Privacy & Data Use
Your contact information and communications preferences are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.terminix-triad.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell your phone number or email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who assist in delivering our communications on our behalf, subject to appropriate data agreements.

Legal Compliance
Our communications programs are operated in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state regulations governing electronic communications. If you believe you have received a message in error, please contact us immediately at sales@terminix-triad.com.
Section 12
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted to our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 13
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terminix Triad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or otherwise failed messages. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
Section 14
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guilford, North Carolina.
