The history of Terminix Triad.

First founded by Bobby Burns and handed off to our second-generation operator, John Detgen, the franchise continued to work on becoming a reliable source for local pest control services. Today, Terminix Triad has grown to be the 29th largest pest control company in the United States out of 18,000, according to Pest Control Technology. Burns Blackwell is now the 4th generation President and CEO of Terminix Triad, while Harden Blackwell, who has been with the company since 1971, serves as the Chairman.

It’s been over 90 years since Terminix earned the nation’s first patent for a termite control formula. They saw the need for termite prevention and treatment and carved themselves out as one of the industry forerunners. Today, we’re still committed to protecting millions of homes and businesses against all types of pests.
